Welcome to the privacy notice for the product Insights has created allowing individual users of Microsoft Teams to have their Insights Discovery Personal Profile and colour preferences (the “Personal Profile”) uploaded onto their Microsoft team’s profile (the “Test Product”).
This privacy notice provides information on how Insights Learning & Development Limited (“Insights”) collects and processes your personal data when you use and interact with the Test Product.
It is important that you read this privacy notice together with the Insights Discovery Evaluator Policy (which details what information Insights collects in relation to your Personal Profile) which contains more detailed information about Insights data processing and can be accessed here. Please note the Test Product is being used as part of a testing phase and therefore this privacy notice is intended to be used in connection with the Test Product only.
Insights is the controller and responsible for your personal data for the Test Product.
