Insights Opens APAC Hub in Singapore to Boost Service & Cut CO₂

Global people development company Insights has officially opened a new office and distribution hub in Singapore’s Central Business District, significantly enhancing its service capabilities across the Asia-Pacific region while reducing its environmental impact.

The state-of-the-art hub in the prestigious EON Shenton skyscraper (located on the Tanjong Pagar waterfront), will serve 17 countries across APAC including Australia, New Zealand, Japan and China with learning materials. The move will slash delivery times by up to five business days and cut more than 30 tonnes of CO₂ emissions annually by reducing the need to freight from the UK.

The expansion is part of Insights ongoing commitment to sustainability and operational excellence. The new Singapore facility joins a growing global fulfilment network that includes hubs in the UK, Canada, Poland, India, South Africa, and Austin, Texas. It marks a major milestone in the company’s strategy to localise distribution and build stronger regional partnerships to deepen the impact of the company’s purpose.

“Our Singapore hub represents a transformational step forward for Insights,” said Lars Christian Eriksen, Head of Regions at Insights. “Not only are we significantly improving service delivery to our Asia-Pacific clients, but we’re also taking a meaningful step towards our sustainability goals. It’s a perfect example of aligning commercial impact with environmental responsibility.”

The office houses a team of 16 specialists across client services, sales, distribution, and finance. Designed as a modern workspace, it fosters collaboration through dedicated networking areas and communal outdoor spaces offering panoramic views of the city.

Just 10 miles from Changi Airport, it’s strategically located on major trade routes to enable Insights to deliver learning materials to Australia by the next day. An in-depth logistics and carbon impact study guided the choice of Singapore as the optimal location for both service performance and emissions reduction. The investment is expected to significantly enhance client experience while supporting the company's global mission to help organisations build self-aware, high-performing teams.

Already trusted by many of the world’s leading organisations, Insights empowers individuals and teams through personal development tools and transformational learning programmes, improving communication, collaboration and productivity.
