We wanted to update you about how we’re responding to the fast-moving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
Insights’ first priority is to keep our people and our customers safe, and to ensure the continuity of our service to you. That’s why we’re pleased to share that – for the immediate short-term and as a direct response to the current situation – we’re adopting a ‘virtual first’ delivery model.
We now have available for you a virtual Introduction to Insights Discovery. This interactive and engaging two-hour virtual session makes full use of Adobe Connect capabilities and can be delivered using blended or fully virtual solutions. Materials are available in numerous languages and various delivery options are available. Please speak to your account manager in the first instance.
We’re also developing virtual solutions for other existing solutions and will continue to share with you what we’re doing here at Insights to respond to the evolving situation and to help you continue to serve your organisations and learners.
We wanted to take this opportunity also to share that at 2.30pm (UK time) on Thursday (19 March), Group CEO Andy Lothian and Head of Learning and Experience Marcus Wylie will host a live conversation entitled ‘The defining moments that shape our future: how people and organisations respond in times of crisis’. We’re living in extraordinary times and the disruption we’re all experiencing will undoubtedly impact on us all in many different ways. Here at Insights, we’re continuing to follow local health guidelines and World Health Organisation advice. We encourage you to be safe and stay connected during this disruption.
