TechnipFMC partnered with Insights to integrate Insights Discovery into their newly developed ground-breaking health and safety programme.

By improving communication and decision-making skills around health and safety, people would be empowered to feel a sense of ownership and adopt a safety-first approach.

Initially aimed at leaders, Insights Discovery’s impact quickly proved so powerful that TechnipFMC extended it to every level of the organisation from top management to the cleaning crew.
