The objective of Specsavers’ work with Insights was to improve effective communication and collaboration, and to leverage the diversity of its people throughout Northern Europe.

Our strategic solution

First Specsavers accredited a large team of in-house Insights facilitators to implement the language of colour energies across all departments in Northern Europe.
This team was instrumental in rolling out the Insights Discovery Personal Profile and workshops with an eye to transforming team dynamics and fostering collaboration.
