Organon & Co. is a global pharmaceutical company created in 2021 from the spin-off of Merck (MSD) activities. Its main objective is to improve women's health by offering therapeutic solutions adapted to their specific needs, with activities in contraception, fertility, menopause, endometriosis, maternal health and biosimilars in oncology and immunology.

With 10,000 employees and a global presence in over 140 countries, Organon has a robust team of Insights Client Partners, particularly in Europe.
The Global HRBP for Global Supply Chain and Quality had a specific ask for their 10-member Global Supply Chain leadership team: They needed to align leaders across the US, Europe and Japan to strengthen team performance in four ways:
Spanning the US, Europe, and Japan, the 10-member Global Supply Chain leadership team needed a shared framework to strengthen collaboration, build professional intimacy, and bridge cultural and geographic differences.
Organon’s Insights-accredited Client Partners delivered a two-step coaching journey: a full-day introduction to the Self-Aware Leader programme and Transformational Leadership profile, followed by completion and debrief of the Discovery Full Circle 360 feedback to create individual action plans. A leadership roadmap guided the following months of practice.
The programme leveraged the Insights Discovery language of colour energies to help the team understand personal preferences, interpret colleagues’ working styles, and identify potential friction points early on. Facilitated sessions reinforced trust, dialogue and effective interaction strategies.
Each stage progressed from self-awareness to practical application quickly, embedding new behaviours into daily leadership routines, and the directors later reconvened to continue working autonomously on team effectiveness.
At the wrap-up meeting, Organon reported a clear improvement in daily remote collaboration and face-to-face interaction and expressed strong satisfaction with the support provided by Insights.
The programme delivered a highly positive experience for the Global Supply Chain leadership team, with participants reporting over 90% satisfaction. Leaders developed stronger understanding and trust, enabling more effective collaboration across regions and embedding Insights Discovery behaviours into their day-to-day leadership practices.
