Nestlé Deutschland AG, one of Germany’s largest food and beverage companies with approximately 6,450 employees, is continuously adapting to new market challenges.
To support this evolution, the organisation sought to strengthen team collaboration through a practical framework for self-awareness and communication.
A key requirement was ensuring the programme aligned with HR and the works council, upheld stringent data privacy standards and could be implemented responsibly across multiple sites.
Nestlé Deutschland AG introduced Insights Discovery as the foundation for team development, accrediting 24 internal practitioners to embed the framework within their own culture.
The rollout began with a pilot phase involving HR leadership and the works council. By providing sample profiles early on, Nestlé built the trust and transparency necessary to align with internal governance requirements.
The initiative received high-level sponsorship, with 19 senior executives from the Board involved early on, ensuring the programme had the support needed to scale across the organisation.

Insights Discovery quickly became a shared language for collaboration at Nestlé. Teams reported a shift toward more constructive dialogue, using colour energies to navigate everyday interactions and decision-making.
By training an internal network of practitioners, Nestlé created a sustainable tool for coaching and workshops. This strengthened foundation helped teams build the resilience necessary to thrive during a significant period of organisational transformation.
