Moving from strength to strength, Haleon’s objective when working with Insights was to create a collaborative, communicative and supportive corporate culture to accelerate business performance.


Our strategic solution

Starting with a cohort of 300 people at their parent company, Haleon introduced teams to Insights language of colour energies through a large-scale Insights Discovery workshop and personal profiles for each learner.

The L&D team ran regular workshops to ensure that managers were fluent in the Insights language of colour energies and had everything they needed to fully support their people and foster a positive corporate culture.

Within a few years, Insights Discovery was further leveraged to support Haleon’s people when the company emerged as a stand-alone organisation in 2022.

Today, Haleon has integrated Insights Discovery into their onboarding process and the langauge of colour energies is used widely throughout the business.
