Internal champions and regional leaders led immersive workshops including Insights Leadership Effectiveness and Insights Sales Effectiveness, encouraging staff to embrace their strengths and value diverse perspectives.
The Insights language of colour energy is now an embedded part of Acrotech’s culture, and new employees are trained in Insights Discovery as part of their orientation.
