Insights - Accessibility 

Insights takes your needs seriously, and we are always working to make our products as accessible as possible. All language related to accessibility will be in line with the relevant countries’ applicable standards.  

Web Content Accessibility 

Insights has several digital components to its products and services, which incorporate ‘web content’.  

We want as many people as possible to be able to use our products and services. Insights is working towards compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA Standard.  

Workshop Accessibility. 

When attending a workshop put in place by Insights at a location chosen by our clients, we ask that our clients ensure that the venue chosen is fully accessible and provides Insights with appropriate equipment in order to deliver the product and to ensure all participants are able to fully participate. 

Insights is working towards ensuring that each of its practitioners is equipped to implement the accessibility needs of all participants.  

What we are doing to improve accessibility 

• Working towards full compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA. 

• Providing facilitators with training regarding accessibility and inclusion. 
• Developing an Accessibility Requirements form to capture attendee needs prior to a session. 
• Providing guidance on the Insights website regarding delivering learning experiences to ensure people from all backgrounds and abilities are included. 
• Creation of an internal Accessibility & Inclusion Working Group to ensure the advice we give, the products we create, and the workshops we deliver with our practitioners are effective and impactful for everyone, no matter their background or needs.
