Dave Patrick

Dave has been with Insights since 2014, and joined the Executive team at the beginning of March, 2020. Dave’s professional background spans more than twenty five years, primarily in professional services and technology, including senior leadership roles at Development Dimensions International (DDI), Ernst and Young (Intellinex), Union Energy, and the David Allen Company. Dave also brings an entrepreneurial background to the team, having been actively involved as a founder or co-founder in four technology related startups prior to joining Insights.

A day in the life

As Insights Director of Sales, Dave’s role is to ensure that Insights customers experience value from each and every interaction with our sales team. That means making sure that our customer facing teams are equipped with the knowledge, experience and resources needed to really help our clients create impact  - for their business and for their people. Dave oversees multiple sales channels within the business and around the globe, and a high performing sales operations team, to make sure that we are delivering on our promises and commitments to our customers – regardless of size or location.

Make it personal

Away from work Dave enjoys being outdoors and spending as much time as he can boating with family and his dog Max. He is an avid reader of business and technology books, loves to travel and does a relatively poor job of being a “musician” when he finds the time. Dave is a proud Canadian who lives in the south eastern United States.
