Neil Millar

Neil leads the Finance and Corporate Services function, overseeing a broad portfolio including finance and corporate development, legal, enterprise technology, strategic programme delivery, procurement and supply chain.  

With over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, Neil brings a mix of commercial insight and operational leadership to his role. Prior to this position, Neil was our Marketing Director. 

The Finance and Corporate Services team play a critical role in ensuring Insights manages financial, legal and commercial opportunity and risk, as well as protecting the organisation’s assets, including our intellectual property. The team also lead the delivery of strategic projects and the provision of secure, efficient internal IT systems that support employees and customers around the world. 

A Day in the Life 

No two days are the same for Neil. He spends his time shaping and delivering strategy with the Executive team and working across the wider Insights community to drive scalable business growth. He’s especially inspired by the opportunity to help others become more self-aware, describing self-awareness as a gift. 

Make it Personal 

Neil lives near the scenic town of St Andrews with his wife, Joan. They have a son and two daughters, Ryan, Charlie, and Emma who are all at the early stages of their careers. Neil is an avid runner and finds time outdoors the perfect way to reflect and recharge.
