Insights Shortlisted at the Learning Technology Awards 2026

Insights has been shortlisted for a prestigious  Learning Technology Awards 2026, recognising the impact and innovation behind the soon-to-launch Insights Self-Aware Leader Certification.

Named a finalist in the Best Use of Blended Learning – Commercial Sector category, Insights sits alongside leading global organisations including BMW, Diageo, IKEA and NatWest.

Developed in response to feedback from the practitioner community, the Certification replaces the Self-Aware Leader learning transfer and shifts the focus from learning content to building practitioner capability, enabling behaviour change and creating client-ready journeys. The experience prioritises application-based learning that drives adoption and action.

Practitioner feedback demonstrates the impact:

  • 95% gained practical ideas they could apply straight away
  • 86% felt more confident using Self-Aware Leader concepts
  • 81% said the activities helped them reflect on practice

Being shortlisted for a Learning Technologies Award provides external recognition of the work behind the Certification and our continued focus on creating learning experiences that translate insight into meaningful, practical impact.

Practitioners keen to learn more about the Insights Self-Aware Leader Certification should contact their Account Manager.

Winners will be announced at the Learning Technologies Awards gala evening on 11 November 2026 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel, London, UK. Watch this space!
