Insights Appoints Ian Doherty as Customer Success Director

Insights Learning and Development has strengthened its executive leadership team by appointing a new Customer Success Director.

Ian Doherty, former Director of Member Engagement at the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), is now spearheading a new strategic function at the Dundee-based global people development company.

Ian’s leadership role is pivotal in the company’s ambitious growth strategy by driving the evolution of the Insights community, which includes a global network of practitioners and partners who deliver the company’s products through world leading, unique learning experiences.
