Founded in 2015, TalentBox’s introduction to Insights Discovery began through a professional connection with a senior learning leader from Danone, who recognised the tool’s potential in the Indonesian market.

After experiencing the profiling and coaching process firsthand, the founders committed to making Insights Discovery their central ‘bread & butter’ offering.

This decision proved to be instrumental in TalentBox’s growth. Instead of relying on complex, long-cycle leadership programmes, it could now offer a clear, repeatable entry product. Insights workshops became the front door, and from there, TalentBox built layered, longer-term journeys including leadership development and consulting.
