Responsible business and accountability

Creating a positive difference requires clear standards, responsible decision-making and accountability. Our policies set out the principles that guide how we operate, while our raising a concern procedures give people affected by our activities a safe and accessible way to raise concerns.

Our policies

Our policies support ethical, fair and sustainable practices across our business and relationships.

Our commitment to respecting internationally recognised human rights across our operations and value chain.

Whistleblowing Policy

How concerns about suspected wrongdoing, unethical conduct or breaches of law can be raised safely and without fear of retaliation.

Responsible Marketing and Public Relations Policy

Our approach to lobbying

Insights Group does not participate in direct lobbying of governments in any jurisdiction.

We are a member of the Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce, which represents the collective interests of businesses across our local area. Our membership does not mean that every position taken by the Chamber necessarily represents the views of Insights Group.

Raising a concern

We want anyone affected by Insights’ activities to be able to raise concerns and seek a fair resolution. This includes employees, customers, Partners, suppliers, community members and other people or organisations affected by our operations or value chain.

Concerns can be raised by emailing ethics@insights.com and our process for handling concerns will be followed from there [Insert link to a document explaining the process, aligned with B-Corp Purpose & Stakeholder Governance 3.3 (PSG3.3) - to be written]

Confidentiality and protection from retaliation

We will handle concerns sensitively and share information only with those who need it to assess and respond to the concern, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.

Insights does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith or participates in a review. Any suspected retaliation should be reported immediately using the contact details above.
