What links a trail runner and Yorkshire Terrier lover ? Meet IO Specialist Team Lead, Melody Dimas...

  • What is Melody's Insights Discovery Wheel position?

Melody's Insights Discovery wheel position is 31, meaning she leads with Earth Green energy closely followed by Cool Blue energy.

From her Insights Discovery Personal Profile we know that Melody:

    • Is a quiet person who focuses on the day to day and does not get easily ruffled or flustered
    • Will always make time for those who drop by for a chat
    • Absolutely loves to laugh and makes it a point to laugh often!

  • If Melody were an animal what would she be?

She would be a Yorkshire Terrier. She has two which she loves to spoil. She wants to be amazingly spoiled, run through a tiny doggy door and curl up in the lap of the person that loves her!

  • Melody's defining moment at Insights (so far...)

She has been at Insights for 12 years so she has had many defining moments. The one that stays with her though is when she finally moved in to the new Austin office space as it truly captures the very essence of who Insights are.

  • How you may meet Melody

She is based in North America in our Austin, TX office. You will find her at her desk making sure that the logistics for our customer's workshops are prepped and ready by deadline.

She also likes to run so you might just see her out and about on a trail!

  • Scratch the surface and you'll find

A person who loves to read, curl up on the couch and watch movies on cold rainy days, spend quality time with the family and let's not forget to throw some running in there as well...

  • Who are Melody's heroes?

Her two wonderful kids, Kevin who is 23 and Sarah who is 20. Both attend Texas A&M University. It just amazes her how hard they work at learning and retaining all of this new information. She is one proud Aggie mom!
