As such, Insights has recently been certified with the internationally recognised ISO 27001:2022 stamp of authority, to showcase our drive to exceed the highest industry standards in stringent security measures and robust management systems.

International Organization for Standardisation (ISO) is a globally recognised certification and is one of the most rigorous and well-regarded standards in the world.

How we achieved international recognition

Through dedicated effort and the exceptional work of our teams across the business, we successfully passed the ISO 27001:2022 audit with zero actions from the auditor! What normally takes 10 days to receive certification confirmation, it only took us three hours.

We’ve invested in the following to achieve our globally recognised certification:

• Most importantly, our team! We’ve doubled our security operations capacity over the past two years and instigated a “Least Privilege, Zero Trust” mantra.

• To protect personal data, we’ve implemented new information security management systems.

• We’ve created robust best practices and processes to enhance our cyber and data security posture.

• Invested in safe-guarding products that continuously monitor our data 24-7.
