Kobi is a clinical psychologist with 25 years of experience in consulting and training. He began representing Insights in 1999. Kobi is a bridge player and has worked as a psychologist with the Israeli national bridge team in a few world championship tournaments.

Tova Pompan
Tova is a psychological therapist and is the managing director of a leading programme for children under risk in Israel. She began representing Insights in 1999 and has focused on delivering the Insights Discovery solutions to profesionals in the consulting market.
