Insights education has designed a variety of tools and programmes to support self-awareness in young people. All of our resources are delivered by our experienced education consultants.
All of our programmes are fully customisable and tailored to meet your specific requirements. Insights’ own facilitators can deliver sessions to classes and year groups, alternatively Insights sessions can be embedded in the Personal and social Education Curriculum and delivered by your own personnel on completion of the Insights Discovery Accreditation. Insights into Excellence – Young Adult Programme
Our core programme for learners in upper secondary and further education provides an introduction to the Insights Discovery learning system and the Insights Discovery Personal Profile. The process is fun and interactive and presents participants with a language and framework for understanding themselves and others which they can put into practice immediately in any learning environment. Insights into Excellence – Young Adult Profile
The Insights Discovery Young Adult profile is a 25page personal development tool suitable for 16+, which underpins our personal and social development work with learners. The output helps the young person to gain an understanding of their personal style, how this impacts on their relationships with others and how they might develop to improve their effectiveness both as a person and as a learner.
