Insights Discovery Leadership Development Programme
The Insights Discovery Leadership Development programme helps both aspiring leaders and those who have overall responsibility for leading at organisational, departmental and team level to understand their preferred style and approach to leading, and how this may impact on the organisation and those they lead.

The Insights Discovery Full Circle Experience represents a natural next step for leaders. The Profile extends the understanding of self to include the perceptions of colleagues and brings personal feedback to life in a way that is practical, engaging and positive. This programme is suitable for use with Teams and Individuals and is accompanied by the Insights Discovery Full Circle Profile companion and learning guide.

Insights Transformational Leadership
Taking Leadership to the next level and suitable for Senior Managers in Education. The Insights Transformational Leadership programme measures both preference and capability. Leaders are guided through an in depth exploration of Insights’ eight dimensions of leadership, enabling them to examine their effectiveness in each of these diverse areas and to develop strategies for continuous professional development.
The Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership Profile measures preference across the eight dimensions while the Insights Navigator Transformational Leadership Profile measures capability through the collation of feedback from self and others.
