Account Manager

Rob is a born and bred Capetonian who graduated from UCT with a Business Science degree in 1995. He travelled extensively to all corners of the globe before beginning his career as a management consultant specialising in strategy development. This career path took him around South Africa and then for an extended period to the UK, before he decided he wanted to return to his home town and change his career focus. Now he has turned his attention to people development and helping companies achieve their strategy through their people. Rob’s calm, thoughtful facilitation style is valued by clients as is his experience in the business world. He is also passionate about Cape Town and the diversity of modern South Africa and is developing an Insights programme on Valuing Diversity in the workplace.
