Nicole Sorrell

Nicole Sorrell is the CEO of Insights Africa. Nicole gained her educational qualifications at the University of London, where she has attained a BSc Honours in Psychology; a Post Graduate in Human Resource Development and a Masters of Science in Organisational Psychology. Nicole has applied her organisational development skills in the UK, USA and Southern Africa. Another area of her expertise is scientifically proving the impact of people development on bottom line performance results. Nicole has developed her MSc thesis, which investigated the key performance drivers of Customer Service Advisors, during her transformation work in Call Centres.  

Nicole’s purpose is to enable people to achieve their potential and heal relationships by understanding and valuing difference. Nicole’s priority is ensuring long term sustainable change at the individual and organisational level. Working with Insights, has enabled Nicole to integrate her life passions of psychology, research and transformation at a broader and deeper level across Africa. Nicole is a sought after facilitator, coach and consultant. In addition, Nicole is the leader of her team of dynamic service providers and she ensures they deliver best practices across the African continent. Nicole is married and has two beautiful children with whom she also shares her passion for dance, painting and climbing mountains.
