Anelda Dillon was born and raised in Johannesburg where she started her career. She moved to Cape Town in 1999, where she furthered her expertise in Operations, Administration and Finance across a wide spectrum of industries. Her interest and passion for people and projects, allowed Anelda to quickly see how she could provide structure and problem-solving to any situation. Intrigued by human behaviour, Anelda is constantly looking for opportunities to improve things operationally. Her mission to "bring order to chaos" is evident in the way she will tackle any task, system, procedure (or person) and carefully and efficiently move it from disarray to clear, practical, logical order. Her high work ethic is transparent in her delivery and the way she motivates her team to perform to similar high standards.
