• This year Insights SA has brought to the market two new and unique programmes – Insights Transformational Leadership and Insights Sales Effectiveness. These are now being rolled out with great success in key clients and adding to the holistic range of Learning and Development prorammes we offer the market
• Insights SA has entered into a strategic partnership with Raiser Resource Group in Nairobi, Kenya in order to bring Insights to the Kenya, Rwanda and Burundi markets. Raiser staff were accredited in November in the use of Insights Discovery tools and programmes, and we look forward to a growing presence in the East African market.

Events

• Insights South Africa presented at the recently held Cape HR & Training Indaba at the CTICC. This was an opportunity to gain exposure amongst the L&D specialists in the Cape business community and followed on from our exposure to the Gauteng market at the HRDA exhibition held at Gallagher Estate in June.
• Insights SA delivered a second Discovery Accreditation programme for 2007 in October, training clients in the use of Insights Discovery tools, profiles and programmes in their businesses. Our next Accreditation workshop is scheduled for 10-14th March 2008.
