Joyce
is passionate about “bringing hope to a changing world” – and does so
through keynote presentations, expert workshop facilitation and
organisational consulting. Through her experience as front-line
manager, leadership consultant, facilitator, professional speaker and
early childhood educator, Joyce knows the power in combining practical,
real life stories with proven best practices. Joyce specialises in
regenerating people through a focus on inner strengths – and
sustainable shifts for improved performance and overall living.
Joyce
is currently working in a variety of sectors including federal,
provincial and municipal governments, finance, utilities and
non-profits. Joyce has over 30 years of proven experience throughout
North America, Great Britain, and parts of South-East Asia – guiding
the achievement of desired results – on time, on budget and with shared
commitment.
As founder and President of Insights' Vancouver
office, Joyce is well acquainted with the challenges of growing a
business in turbulent times. She is a member of the North American
faculty for Insights Learning and Development. She is also a
professional level member of the Canadian Association of Professional
Speakers (CAPS). In late 2006, Joyce was published in “Expert Women Who
Speak…Speak Out”.
On a personal note, Joyce is committed to
giving back to her community. She is a regular contributor with the
Minerva Foundation – an organisation that empowers women to follow
their dreams. Joyce has also participated in all four of Vancouver’s
annual 60 km Weekend to End Breast Cancer.
