Sam Watts
Sam
brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and senior management
in marketing, business development and sales to Peak Performance. In
the course of his career he has developed an understanding of the
principles that are required to grow sales and profits. He communicates
these principles with clarity and humour. His message is inherently
credible. While employed by two different “traditional” companies that
were facing flat markets and declining margins, Sam was the catalyst
for implementing a business model that resulted in exponential sales
growth and increased profits. He also employed a mentoring style of
people management long before it was considered a good idea. Sam has a
passion for teaching and developing people - and it shows. He is an
internationally acclaimed speaker and his Insights Trainings have often
been described as “thought provoking” and “full of practical ideas”. He
has spoken frequently on Leadership, Sales Effectiveness, Strategy
Development and Implementation and Creating Marketing Synergies. In
seminars, he employs a questioning style that makes ample use of humour
and props. This helps create an atmosphere that results in the
generation of new ideas and the questioning of long held assumptions.
