Paul
Fergus has over twenty years of sales and management experience. Prior
to this, Paul held management positions at several successful computer
and consulting organisations and has a BA.Sc. Honours’ Degree in
Consumer Behaviour, with a minor in business administration. In
addition to building and managing two successful companies with a sales
increase of over 25% per year, Paul has helped many organisations
improve their levels of productivity and performance through Insights
including Merck Frosst, Sun Media, Fisher Scientific, Reitmans,
BathFitter, Scotiabank and Abbott Laboratories, to name a few. As an
internationally-known speaker, consultant and trainer, Paul delivers
powerful programmes on selling, team building, customer service, sales
management, strategic planning, time management, managing change,
motivation, personal and professional development. He is a certified
instructor of the highly effective Insights training programmes and a
member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and the Canadian
Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS).
