All data collected and stored by Insights Head Office falls under
United Kingdom and European Data Protection legislation, which permits
us only to use the data for the purpose for which it was collected, and
prevents us from selling it. We cannot export this data to countries
which have less secure data protection legislation without direct
permission from the clients' whose data we hold. To find our record in
the register of Data Controllers search the register at
http://www.ico.gov.uk/ESDWebPages/DoSearch.asp?reg=3559610.
The register does not support permanent links to register entries. We
can be searched for by company name Insights Learning and Development
Ltd. or by our registration code Z7145849. Data sent to Insights
offices outside Europe would fall under their local legal system.
