  • Insights Customer Support: If you have a problem please contact our customer support team.
  • United Kingdom Data Protection Law: All data collected and stored by Insights Head Office falls under United Kingdom and European Data Protection legislation, which permits us only to use the data for the purpose for which it was collected, and prevents us from selling it. We cannot export this data to countries which have less secure data protection legislation without direct permission from the clients whose data we hold. The following explanation is provided for why this data is collected:

Some client organizations ask us to collect additional information as part of our evaluator. This is information that we do not require but that the client organization wished to have tied to evaluator data. Insights Learning and Development passes this information to the client organization for processing and its use cannot therefore be covered by our data protection policy. Any information that will be passed on in this way is clearly marked as such at the point of collection.
