Individuals embarking on the Novartis Corporate Leadership Programme
needed to increase their levels of self-awareness and learn to
understand how their behaviour and leadership style can impact on those
around them.
Solution
The Insights Discovery learning system has been a key feature within
the Novartis Corporate Leadership Programme – connecting and working
with leaders at an individual, team and organisational level. The
Insights learning solution comprised a series of face-to-face learning
workshops, complemented by personal study, coaching and mentoring
initiatives.
Results
The Insights Discovery learning system has been experienced by more
than 1000 leaders within Novartis. The programme has helped leaders to
develop a greater understanding and appreciation of their leadership
style and the impact this can have on those around them. It has armed
them with the skills and resources to develop strategies for adapting
and connecting more effectively and improving communications,
relationships and performance.
