Need
Xerox identified the need for a personal development programme to help
address the need for greater awareness of interpersonal and
communication styles.
Solution
Insight Discovery was selected by Xerox to underpin their learning and
development initiative. A fully integrated solution combining Insights’
tools and services – the Discovery Personal Profile, Discovery
Explorer, Discovery Compass Learning Library, facilitation and
one-to-one coaching – was rolled out to support personal and
professional development across a number of functions.
Results
The Insights methodology provided a universal language that has
strengthened Xerox's development efforts through a number of
cross-functional applications, including management, leadership,
teamwork, sales and service development, as well as helping to shape
the organisational culture.
The customisation features of Insights’ portfolio presented Xerox with
solutions that have made Insights methodologies an integral part of
many internal learning and development programmes.
