Ravi Fernandez

Chief Operating Officer

Ravi Fernandez joined Insights in 2009 as Chief Operating Officer following several years of working with the business on a consulting basis.

Ravi’s primary focus is the day to day management of the Insights business across the five global regions (UK, US, Canada, Europe and Emerging Markets) and leading the Insights Regional Management Team to deliver the annual business plan.

He is also responsible for working with the Executive team and his team of Regional Managers to develop and deploy the Insights global strategy.

Ravi has over 25 years of business experience in a variety of areas including business consulting, account management, sales management, partner management and commercial negotiation.

Over the years, Ravi has worked with, and consulted to, many blue chip organisations including Citibank, Thorn EMI, Renault, Goldman Sachs, Chase Manhattan Bank, Powergen and BT.

Prior to joining Insights, he founded and built up his own successful training and consulting business focused on building best practice in the areas of business development, client management and commercial acumen for large corporate organisations including Vodafone, BT and Cable & Wireless.

Ravi is passionate about delivering business value to Insights customers, creating an organisation which delivers a world-class client experience and ultimately growing the Insights business on a global scale.

Ravi is married with three children. He enjoys travelling and watching motor racing in his spare time.
